I keep telling hubby this is a lazy way to ride a bike. To go 30 miles, lying down on your back, doesn’t seem like exercise. Agreed?

They are more efficient on the flat by far but hard work up steep hills.
I can imagine that would be true. Everything here on the valley floor is flat, so his ride to work has no hills. I have not tried it myself. I think I would feel very awkward.
