Miss you, Dad!

“Irvin, button up your shirt.”

“Irvin, comb your hair.”Ā  That was Mom and their generation of picture-taking.

This was mine.

One of the things I loved most about my dad was how he cherished my mom . . . and loved his kids and grandkids!

Oh, what sweet photos of your dad and parents. So nice to have those to look back at and reflect.

  3. This is very timely for me. Just lost my 87 year-old mom Thursday after a long struggle with colon cancer. Lost my dad 35 years ago to cancer too. Makes me really understand that every day should be a celebration of our time together…no matter what. Thanks for posting this. This was great!

That is wonderful your parents had such a loving relationship. I am sure that brought much joy in the home when you were growing up.
