There is something in the sparseness–
the sparse stretching to the sky,
the intertwining, community of bare bones,
waiting for green buds and fancy dresses.
Spare looks like loss,
but faith sees the bloom and fruit of what will be
in time.
Hope dresses bones in breezy longing.
Beautiful silhouettes and sunset.
Thanks!
Awaiting the promise of Spring, Genesis 8:22: “While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, And day and night shall not cease.”
Amen!
Will you take pictures of these same bare bones in spring bud then in full bloom?
That would be fun and easy since they are in my neighborhood and near work.
lovely blog
~Thanks
So poignant.
Thanks for the comment!
Love these parts – “Spare looks like loss,” and “Hope dresses bones in breezy longing.”
I so love the third pic and also, the play of light in the fourth. Btw, I’ve been taking pics of the sky recently and has not come up with something half as clear or as lovely as yours. Now, why is that, lols! ^^ Your art is impressive. 🙂
Thank you for your kind words. The fun thing about digital is taking a gazillion to get that one! 🙂
awww, let me believe that for artistic people it’s all effortless, lols! ^^ you have an eye for beauty, though… 🙂
I love these trees! I really like the poem too:
Hope dresses bones in breezy longing.
This is a great line!
Thank you~
That last one is gorgeous.
Thanks so much!
Such thought provoking words and images that are gorgeous. Hugs, Shez 🙂

***********************************Another revisiting of an older blog–suits with the winter upon us.
I think there’s a calm peacefulness in the gloominess and the “bare bones” of winter 🙂
I love it. The webby artistry is something very cool to me.
