I’m baking today so thought I’d reblog the complete how-to link here to my other blog. Happy fibre!

Funny that. I made bread today, along with vegetable soup. Simple food, but so tasty. Must try out your wholewheat recipe, although I won’t be grinding my own wheat. Thanks for sharing.
Fills the house with yummy smells! 🙂
Sniffff….I’m sure I can smell it. YUM.. good post!
🙂
That is my favorite thing to bake. I love making homemade bread, rolls, etc. Potato Sour Dough bread is the most delicious thing ever when it comes out of the oven. I love the feel of kneading the dough until it springs to life and I know it is ready for a pan.
Becoming gluten intolerant has been a big deal. I have made rolls for company and cinnamon rolls and cakes. It is such a hard thing to make something as heavenly as fresh bread and not taste even a tiny morsel. Thankfully there is no gluten in smells and I can indulge in deep breaths of deliciousness. 😀
That would be soooo hard to be gluten intolerant! I love the smell and how it fills the house, but eating is best! 🙂
Very smart looking bread there. Mine looks tatty in comparison.
I love the process of bread making, I enjoy all the dough kneading and the magic of the raising as the yeast does its work.
Absolutely!
they look yummy! 🙂
Fresh from the oven! 🙂
