I find it interesting that WP will not allow duplicate comments. I mean, how many ways can you say “Thanks” when that is all you really want to say. Here are a few offerings:
Thanks!
Thanks!!
Thanks!!! (Okay, you get the idea.)
~Thanks!
~Thanks~
Thanks a lot!
Thanks y’all! (I lived in the South for three years and didn’t get the lousy T-shirt, but I did pick up this handy little phrase.
Much thanks!!
Thanks a bunch! (For those you are particularly chummy with.)
Hey, thanks!
Hey, ThAnKs!!!
–> Thank you!
♥@%+–thank you!
So anyway, ♪♪♫ thank YOU to y’all ♪♪♥ for stopping by!!! ♥♥♥
Any other suggestions?

So? Are your House Sparrows turning ugly? Not physically, but with their fighting and all. It must be the warm weather. They can eat peaceably together and then boom, we’ve got a fight on our hands.
Merci! And yes, they have been fighting! I was wondering what had gotten into them! I thought it was the rain, hail, and snow we had.
Heheh, I guess it’s time to become a bilingual thanke:) gracias?:)
Taco! 🙂
Each time one has to think of different way to say Thank you! Well,will make us more creative 🙂
:::::thanKs!! 🙂
Thanks you guys
Thanks, dude
Yo, thanks
. . . and dudette! Yo, mama! Mmmm, not so much.
How about “you are much appreciated”, “I am truly grateful”, “I am amazingly thankful”. “Thanx”
I appreciate and am truly grateful and really amazingly thankful for your comment! Thanx!!! 🙂
hello, ms. lily,
just dropping by to say that i tagged your site, hehe, in my last post. i hope it’s alrighty. ^_^
and yes, i’ve got a lot of backreading to do here… hope your health is better now. 🙂
Amazing how slow time goes when you hurt or are in the dentist’s office. But I’m hanging in there.
Your garden fence is the perfect bird watching spot!
Really. And the neighbor’s bushes help to provide cover and berries.
I LOVE the photo. Thnx for sharing and taco also. 😀
Enchilada!
Works for me. What a hoot, all your friends will be in on the joke, the casual drop in will wonder what’s up with all the food jargon? Salsa HAHAHA 😉
This is a very humerous post. Thx for sharing. In the UK we sometimes get babies to say “ta” pronounced ‘t-a-r’ when they are first learning how to say Thank you. This post could bring out all those international blog followers, and it could help you pinpoint who they are when looking at your map/stats!!!
Ta! 😉
Don’t always comment but do click the “Like” button. You know this reader thinks you’re a terrific photographer & poetry & prose writer…
“LIKE”
How about Thx ,Tq (Txts lingo :)).
You can also say Thanks as ‘Nandri’ in Tamil (South Indian language) 🙂
Nice Blog!!
P.S Nice to see sparrows. It is disappearing slowly in my city 😦
Nandri for stopping by! 🙂
THANKS LILLY! And by the way, I love the last photo of all the birds on your back fence!
Those are the ones that survived the killing fields.
Reblogged this on Apronhead.
Love the image and great post!
~~~~than**KS!!!!!! 🙂
that is a very cute photo.. kindred spirits. 🙂
and I know what you mean about the comments.. wonder why they do that?
It’s one of my pet peeves because sometimes thanks is all that is needed.
absolutely..
I just noticed that one way some people get around this is to put the person’s name after Thank you.. that way it isn’t a duplicate comment.
Ah, good idea!
