We just had another glorious sunset.
Is that too superlative or maybe too cliché?
Okay, it was totally awesome, dude–mmm
. . . or maybe pretty, in an exclamation point kind of way.
That’s it!
I need to speak in punctuation marks colon
fresh, innovative, disarming kinds of descriptors!
Or maybe not–insert sigh.
It was layered, peachy, pink chiffon
with crystalline threads of lavender and sky blue–wind breathed.
. . . Sky blue in the sky doesn’t really fit.
Robin’s egg blue!
Okay, I give up.
It was a beautiful, inspiring display of earth rotation!
(Notice how I didn’t say sunset. Is that a cliché yet?)

You’re welcome. I love when the skies come to me when I’m unable to run around to get a shot.
earth rotation, lols! lovely photos, as usual… 🙂 hello, ms. lily. hope your health is better now. ^_^
I have finally had a turnaround. Thank the Lord!
🙂 happy for you…
I love the sky. Never too many pictures. They are NEVER the same even minute to minute. Glad to hear you can breath, finally. 😀
Definitetly much improved!
Great displays of earth rotation and your writing skills 🙂
Thank you . . . or is that too cliche. Merci a toi!
Not quite sure, as astrophysics is a little above the pay grade, but maybe what we call sunset is actually an earthfall, as opposed to sunup is actually and earthrise. Somebody got banished from his own country for proposing that the sun does not revolve around the earth, didn’t he? Tee!Hee!…
Yes indeed!
