The New and Improved Beachbody Workouts

The Stairmaster.  Efficient, I would say.  The left side might be an Elliptical Trainer to simulate downhill skiing.

Resistance Training.  (Really?  I resist training even when I am not at the beach.)

Treadmill.  This one actually takes you somewhere.

Weight training. (I really need to think about collecting something other than rocks on our treks!)

    Five steps on the Stairmaster there would do me in! Just looking up is tiring. Nice legs on the treadmill though. And your rocks should just be heavier. Great post! Great pictures! I wanna go to the beach! 🙂

    I’m a rock collector too. It’s hopeless… We will always be carrying home that special rock that was waiting for us at some place we visited so we’d remember it and its tactile pleasures! 🙂
