    Love your finch. You must cast a magic spell over your birds to get such great photos. The birds that frequent our place land and leave in a nano second leaving me with blurred birds or just a splotch of color as they take off. 😉

      These trees are in our neighbor’s yard. The birds fly up in them to wait till I leave so they can come back to the feeders–not so far off that they aren’t ready. Then there is the zoom. 🙂

    Very nice picture of the little finch. We only have a sickly little female right now. 😦 I’d take care of her, if I knew what was wrong. Not sure where the rest went as the House finches usually do not migrate.
