It really isn’t THE tulip season at Descano Gardens, but these lovelies were on display to tempt such a one as myself back in a couple of weeks.

Hey, a nice series of tulip photos. The snow has finally melted at my place and I await my wife’s garden and the tulips she made me plant last fall.

  5. Oh Lilly! These are just gorgeous! I now find myself searching for places to go view some spring beauties! Thanks for the inspiration! My favorite is the last pink and white ones; they look so tender, so innocent. My next fav is the pink tulips and the white carnations; the juxtaposition of the delicate flowers with the wrought iron makes this image! At least I’m assuming it is Wrought iron. 😛

    • Those others are actually ranunculus. They are gorgeous flowers. We went to a place that had acres of them last year, but I like this place even better because of the variety of flowers!

OOOOOOO AHHHHHHHH Love the first ones at the top. So colorful!

  7. Does that yellow one have a harelip?
No blossoms yet here; I’m just green.

  8. Simply beautiful. The bright as well as soothing colors please the eye. Thanks for sharing such lovely pictures.

I would love to hear from you!
