Thought for the Day: Water, the New Ice Cream

I have heard that often when you crave food it is not because you are really hungry, but that you are thirsty.  So when you want a bowl of Breyers Cherry Vanilla Ice cream, what you really want is a tall gleaming glass of water.

That’s stupid!

  2. Haha! I agree with you there.

Maybe the thinking is for an overall craving for food, rather than a specific flavor. In my case, it would be Ashby’s Eskimo Kisses. A rather odd name, as one of its ingredients is coconut. ???

Making an ABCs of Fairy Tales was fun for me. Hope you will want to share the fun, too.

Hahahaha! I read this somewhere a couple of months ago. And now that me and my fiancé are trying to lose some pounds before the big day – boy! I run to the toilet all the time for drinking too much water – because I am hungry!!

I would love to hear from you!
