    The birds and the bees are soooo happy! I especially love the last photo with those birds almost drunk on spring.

    Thanks for these wildflower shots. Despite liviing in California for 36 years, I never once managed to time a trip to the desert during the blooming of the poppies. I enjoyed experiencing it vicariously through these couple of posts. It is so beautiful.

    • It’s hard to know what years will be good. When we first moved here in ’89, it was a fabulous year for poppies. It was also the best one ever. 🙂 The last post was near us. This post’s wildflowers were actually at the LA Arboretum in Arcadia.
