Old Now

Old now

and unable to bear a load, but

loved so well.

Still treats and treated

like a king.

I can only hope that in my “old now,”

when I cannot bear a load, that I will be loved

so well.

So true- to be loved well when no
load can be carried- nice photos snd words.

    • Thanks. It is also such dedication of my family member whose horse it is. She is willing to feed and house an animal that can do nothing for her…except appreciate.and love, of course.

Our love for the older critters in our lives is showcased right here in your photos and your lovely poem.

  3. You had me at horse. I love them. This is so beautiful. Is this your baby?

I would love to hear from you!
