I was not ready for them to go.  I thought I had another week–or at least, a partial week.

326 - Copy

These were taken Sat. the 14th, and by Monday when I went back, they had flown.

They were ready, apparently; . . . and I was not.

    They will return next year now that the word is out that the lady Lilly is soft and compassionate. You may end up with 100 nesting birds.

    Awwwww! I know you will miss them, especially the little guy you saved.

    • Actually, Bano is still around. I still see him over in my lilacs. 🙂 The others are probably close by the nest somewhere, but it is at my neighbor’s and I can’t camp out there indefinitely. 🙂
