A Once a Year Transgression–White Chocolate Cranberry Bark

Okay, it’s not healthy, but it is festive, easy, and yummy.

Melt the white chocolate bark in the microwave according to package directions.  Throw in as many dried cranberries and macadamia nuts as you like.  Pour out onto waxed paper, and let harden.

When it is hard, cut in to chunks and plate.  Like I said, it’s once a year.  Gotta live a little. 🙂  And don’t tell anyone how easy this White Chocolate Bark is!
