How do you find these birds? How do you get them to pose? You the bird whisperer?
I am the bird whisperer! I feed the small birds, and the hawks come to admire my friends. 🙂 They are very bold. I used to shoot them through the window, but I started walking out slowly, taking pics as I went. They allow me to get very close–totally not inhibited. And I use a zoom besides. But I have gotten within 6 feet before they take off.
