Should I ask her?
I usually don’t go for the tall ones, but her beauty is staggering.
Excuse me, mademoiselle? Hmm, may I have this dance?
I assume her delicate and feminine silence is a yes.
Ah, the music, heavenly. What do you think? Ah, just as I thought–a woman after my own heart: few words and all action.
Her sullenness kind of got to me after awhile. It seemed attractive at first, but a bit unnerving after the waltz.
And I really don’t understand why she would not let me walk her home. Women!
Silly squirrel.
He is very cute in a thieving sort of way. 🙂
How cute!!
Cute, but I prefer he not visit my feeders. 🙂
Well at least he left well-fed! 🙂 I think he got a week’s worth of grub stuffed in those cute little cheeks! Adorable!
I know; they just kept getting bigger and bigger. And my live-trap is still vacant!
I tell you – they are pretty smart creatures! Maybe he or she has a family to feed!
Maybe you should embrace the squirrels!
Embrace, but not feed. But then there’s that rabies thing!
That’s not good. I tell you a cat is the way to go. I don’t have any critters in my yard, but they do scare off the birds too. 😦
We have had several cats wander through, and one of my neighbors told me he saw our next door neighbor’s cat running off with a field rat. So who knows: Nature may take its course.
🙂
I often found dance partners like that in my youth.
🙂
Persistence pays off, I see!
Also, it pays to have someone more interested in the pic than the loss of seed.
It’s unrequited love – for sure! A Love Story Gone Bad. 🙂 LOL!
I tried to warn him he was outclassed, but you know how stubborn men can be.
I liked it then and I like it now reblogged! That poor guy was absolutely misled. 🙂 LOL!
🙂 He has not returned, so he must have found another lady!
Really cute–and I love the one a couple of days ago about stopping to smell the roses, too.
He’s becoming a frequent flyer here. 🙂
Next he will bring the extended family . . .

Oh, oh.
Reblogged this on A p r o n h e a d — Lilly.
Oh great, a “lounge squirrel”! Your photos are wonderful, and the commentary quite entertaining–Happy Mother’s Day, if I don’t get back to you before Sunday.
Thank you, and you too.
